R&D Media has its main office in Amsterdam.

R&D Media is a leading supplier of entertainment for mobile telephones in terms of geographical reach. Our global network of approximately 30 aggregators and 100 operators is available to 1.6 billion users (more than seventy percent of all the world’s mobile telephone users) in more than 40 countries. Locations in 12 more countries will be added in 2009.

We provide users throughout the world with SMS alerts, downloadable content and multiplayer mobile games under the brand name of Glomobi. We also have our own technical platform (B-mobi) that allows us to offer our services throughout the world. This means we can send content to any destination and settle accounts (through Premium SMS and Premium WAP) to users of any kind of telephone, no matter where they are and no matter what their provider. This also makes us the world’s largest mobile micropayment network.

 Our company is engaged in two activities:

• B2C

The downloading of content to consumers throughout the world by means of our own fully operational IT platform. These services are marketed under international consumer brands through direct-response television commercials and local webportals.

• B2B

Already operating as a service provider for an associated company, R&D Media will be expanding to offer third-party customers full-scale B2B services. This will include the use of our extensive international network for handling third-party micropayment.
